Service Description
We take our devices with us everywhere, which makes them susceptible to foreign objects. The charging port is the #1 entry point for theses objects. Especially Apple devices which use a magnetic technology, this can cause tiny particles to be stuck inside the port. In some cases debris can be removed/cleaned out and it will begin working properly, in the event this does not solve the problem the charging port can be replaced. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations cannot be refunded unless there was fault on our behalf, or an absent technician, for extreme circumstances. Rescheduling is acceptable when communication is immediately made. After a minimum of 24 hours of no contact, the deposit will be forfeited.
