Service Description
Devices who suffer from water damage have a 50/50 chance of being salvageable. This depends on the extent of water exposure, and how long ago water exposure took place. We take the following steps to determine IF device can be repaired. Additional charges are added based on our diagnosis. Diagnostic fee is subtracted from repair total cost. 1. We take the device apart. 2. We air dry device in complete entirety. 3. We Replace screen to ensure it is functioning. Disclaimer****** There is no 100% Guarantee we can repair water damaged devices, this service may include additional charges in the event device need additional parts to function properly. If we determine device cannot be repaired diagnostic is NON - REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations cannot be refunded unless there was fault on our behalf, or an absent technician, for extreme circumstances. Rescheduling is acceptable when communication is immediately made. After a minimum of 24 hours of no contact, the deposit will be forfeited.
